Service cancellations
As long as CANCELLATIONS or CHANGES in the number of attendees are made with a MINIMUM 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF THE DAY OF THE VISIT OR MEAL, no cancellation charges will be applied.
Any cancellations made the day before (24 hours before your reservation) will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
In the event of CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF RESERVATIONS in the 24 hours prior to your reservation, 100% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT will be CHARGED.
Visitors are reminded that they must be respectful of other people and that SPORTSWEAR and FANCY DRESS is NOT PERMITTED in the winery.
